The staff and students at Mike Davis Elementary School wanted to sincerely-thank-you for your
very generous donation. We used the funds to buy much needed uniforms for our students. We have
several families who are currently homeless or living in shelters, and several families who are currently
being evicted from their homes. I cannot express to you how grateful and relieved they were when we
were able to give them fresh uniforms for their children. We also have several students who have
recently been placed in foster care or are living at Youth Haven and they were so excited to have new
clothing. We always like to have extra uniforms on hand for students who might need them, and you
have made this possible. Please know that your generosity and thoughtfulness are very much
appreciated.
